Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be home during service?
No. As long as we have safe access to your yard and the gate is accessible, we can take care of everything while you're away. We'll send a heads-up text approximately an hour before arrival.
Can my dog be outside while you scoop?
Absolutely. We love dogs, and friendly pups are welcome to hang out with us while we work. For everyone's safety, if your dog has a history of aggression or we've previously had an unsafe interaction, we ask that they be safely secured during service. If a dog that needs to be secured is outside when we arrive, we'll simply skip that visit and return on your next scheduled service day.
What happens during each visit?
We carefully walk the service area of your yard and remove all visible dog waste, double bagging every time. Before we leave, we make sure your gate is closed and secure and take a photo for your service record. Waste is placed in your outdoor trash bin.
How do you keep your equipment clean between yards?
We care about your dog's health. That's why we clean and disinfect our tools and footwear between properties, helping minimize the chance of bringing anything unwanted from one yard to another.
Where does the waste go?
We double bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin.
What happens if you can't access my yard?
We'll need safe access on your service day. If we're unable to access the yard, such as because of a locked gate, we'll skip the visit and return on your next regularly scheduled service day. Billing continues as normal, and we'll take care of the accumulated waste when we return.
What happens during bad weather?
If conditions are unsafe or the yard is inaccessible, we'll skip that visit rather than rescheduling the route. Your next visit stays on its regular service day, and we'll take care of the accumulated waste then.
What happens on holidays?
We plan to observe Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Routes may shift within the week around those holidays. Other holidays normally follow the regular schedule.
How does billing work?
Recurring service is billed monthly on the 1st by default. If you start mid-month, your first month is prorated. Your quote is shown as a weekly equivalent so pricing is easy to understand. You can also choose quarterly billing at signup to save 10%, paying for 3 months of service at a time.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel or pause service before your next billing date.
What affects my price?
Your quote is based on your service frequency, number of dogs, yard size, and selected service options. Our quote tool handles the calculation and shows your final price before signup.
Do you offer one-time cleanups?
Yes. One-time yard cleanups are available with no recurring service required. Use the instant quote tool to get started.
Will I know when you're coming?
We'll send a text approximately one hour before arrival. We can't promise an exact arrival time, but the heads-up helps you know we're on the way.
Do you service my area?
We currently focus on Council Bluffs, Carter Lake, Bellevue, Eastern Omaha, and select nearby areas. Enter your ZIP code in the quote tool for an instant service-area check.
What if you miss a spot?
Let us know. If you report a missed spot or quality issue, we'll return and correct it at no charge within 24 hours.
