The customer is responsible for making sure we can access the yard on the scheduled service day. If you use a lock, you can provide access instructions ahead of time.

If we can't access the property because of a locked gate or another customer-related access issue, that visit is skipped and billing continues as scheduled. We'll take care of the accumulated waste on the next visit.

We work through normal weather whenever it's safe and practical. If conditions make the yard inaccessible or unsafe, service may be skipped and the accumulated waste will be handled on the next visit.

Yes, as long as your dog is friendly and non-aggressive. We're happy to work around friendly dogs.

If a dog shows unsafe or aggressive behavior, we'll require the dog to be secured during future visits. If a dog that is required to be secured is loose when we arrive, the yard won't be serviced that week.
