Service Agreement

Billing

• Recurring service is billed monthly by default, on a calendar-month cycle, charged on the 1st.
• If your recurring service starts mid-month, your first month is prorated.
• Your quote is shown as a weekly equivalent for easy comparison; actual billing occurs on your chosen cycle.
• Once a billing period has been charged, that charge is non-refundable.
• Weekly and Twice Weekly customers may instead choose quarterly billing at signup, which is prepaid every 3 months at a 10% discount on the recurring price.

Cancellation & Pause

• There is no long-term contract.
• You may cancel or pause service any time before your next billing date.

Weather

If weather or yard conditions make service unsafe or the yard inaccessible, we skip that visit. Billing continues normally, no credit is issued, and your next visit remains on its regular service day, at which point accumulated waste is addressed.

Access

If we arrive but cannot safely access your yard for a reason not caused by Cornbelt Scoops (for example, a locked gate), we skip that visit. There is no reschedule and no credit; billing continues, and accumulated waste is addressed at the next regular visit.

Holidays

We currently observe Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's. Routes may shift within the week around those holidays. All other holidays follow the regular schedule.

Dogs & Safety

Friendly, non-aggressive dogs are welcome outside during service, and you are never required to bring your dog(s) inside. If a dog has a history of aggression, or we have previously had an unsafe interaction with that dog, it must be safely secured during future visits. If a dog that needs to be secured is outside when we arrive, we skip that visit and resume on the next regular service day. Technician safety takes priority over completing a visit.

Gate Security

At every visit we close the gate, verify it is fully latched and secure, and take a photo of the secured gate for your service record.

Waste Disposal & Equipment

Waste is double bagged at every visit and placed in your outdoor trash bin. We clean and disinfect our tools and footwear between properties to help reduce cross-property transfer of unwanted contaminants.

Quality Guarantee

If you report a missed spot or quality issue, we will return and correct it at no charge within 24 hours.

Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service

Cornbelt Scoops may refuse, pause, or discontinue service for safety concerns, non-payment, serious or repeated access issues, or other material service problems. We will provide notice when practical.

Acceptance

By checking the agreement box during signup, you confirm you have read and agree to this Service Agreement.
