Information We Collect
When you use our instant quote tool, we collect the ZIP code and service selections (dogs, yard size, frequency) you provide. If you complete signup, we additionally collect your name, address, phone number, email, dog name(s), gate/access details, and any notes you choose to share. If your ZIP code isn't yet in our service area and you join our waitlist, we collect the ZIP code and, optionally, an email address.
How We Use Information
We use this information to calculate your quote, schedule and deliver service, communicate with you about your account and appointments, and track demand in areas we don't yet service. Signup information is sent to our customer relationship management (CRM) system to coordinate scheduling and billing.
Information We Don't Collect
This website does not collect raw payment card information. Any payment/billing setup happens through our CRM/payment provider once your account is configured.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. It is shared only with service providers that help us operate (such as our CRM system) as needed to deliver service.
Cookies & Analytics
We aim to keep this site lightweight and avoid unnecessary tracking. If basic, privacy-respecting analytics are used to understand site performance, they will be disclosed here.
